Hi, I’m Donna. I’m a researcher with over 10 years of experience leading quantitative, qualitative, consumer, and B2B research. I combine business and storytelling skills to transform data into clear and thoughtful presentations to drive informed decision-making. I have an MBA from Babson College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Smith College.

Experience

I’m currently the Manager, Market Research at Point32Health, the parent organization of Tufts Health Plan, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, and CarePartners of Connecticut, where I design and lead a variety of quantitative and qualitative research for the organization. I collaborate with leaders across marketing, product strategy, sales, and customer experience to turn business questions into research solutions.

Previously, I was the Director, Research, Data, and Analytics at Momentum ITSMA, where I conducted research studies for clients at top technology and professional services companies, such as purchase journey, customer experience, and thought leadership research.

Projects

The projects featured here are personal research projects based on my own curiosity and interests, using publicly open data sets.
